Star Wars Empire at War, commonly abbreviated EAW, is a RTS game where you control fleets of ships in space, and platoons of men on the ground. Use superior tactics to gain an upper hand, and destroy the enemy structures to win over a planet. On the other hand, control fleets in space against other players in a skirmish match, where you fight over mines and attempt to destroy the enemy station.
EAW Tournaments
We have tournaments for 1v1s, 2v2s, and special events! We encourage everyone to join, as there will be fun, learning experiences and rewards. Matches will be streamed, so you may stop by when there are games running and watch both sides use new tactics against each other.
EAW Mods
Empire at War Vanilla or FOC can be uneventful and get boring very quickly, so the mods are where the real cool games happen. The mods are made by different teams of people on the Steam Workshop, not the game developer Petroglyph themselves. Mods bring new units, factions, maps, modes, and more! They may be set in different timelines so each story for Galactic Conquest will be different.
